The Workshop
Wearing heels can sometimes be challenging, but with the right training, you can stride with strength and stability. Our workshop focuses on the fusion of strength training and stability exercises tailored to individuals who want to navigate the world in heels comfortably.
Led by experienced fitness professionals, this workshop will provide expert guidance on exercises specifically curated to enhance your strength and stability, addressing common challenges associated with wearing heels.
Join Melissa Buffer and Dana Arie for a 2 week intensive on all things dancing in heels. We'll cover how to manage feet and ankles both in and out of shoes to optimize strength, stability, and aesthetics for dancers that wear high heels. This is for latin ballroom, jazz and pop, burlesque, and many other genres!
